Sparepartner regularly works with different painting systems. We are also used to handling old painting systems from, for example, old German railway drawings or the like. The most common surface treatments we work with are powder coating, wet coating, hot-dip galvanizing (galvanization), electric galvanizing and spray galvanizing (metallization). After hot-dip galvanizing, we adjust ourselves according to the customer's wishes.
We also do anti-rust treatment with chemical products such as tektyl. For aluminum, anodizing or hard anodizing acts as a corrosion protection and non-jointed wear layer that can also be made decorative. Plastic is also present.
