Here we have four suppliers that we work regularly with and that we can bring in others if there is a need.
Our largest supplier works with aluminum, carbon-steel and stainless-steel sheet metal. In their laser you can cut thickness of up to 20 mm in carbon steel material, and 12 mm for stainless and aluminum. They have a welding robot when it comes to longer series. . They have 3 bending machines, of which 1 is robot equipped with a capacity of 400 tons, 3.7 meters width and programmable in 9 axes. They also hold license for welding MIG, MAG and TIG in thin and medium sheet. . If it is components in long series, an 80-ton eccentric press for high-speed production is available. There are also plans to acquire a fiber laser.
We also have good opportunities to produce sheet metal in coarser segments in short and long series. In this case, the metal parts are always delivered in shot blasted condition, ready for further processing.
Getting materials has never been a problem.
